I began my yoga journey like many others: I wanted to lose weight. After just a handful of classes, I knew that yoga would become part of my everyday life.
I have been practicing for several years now, and through yoga I have found inner peace, unbridled
compassion and great love for both myself and others. It is due to this shift in awareness that I wanted to share the joy of yoga with as many people as I possibly could, which is why I decided to become an instructor.
I have a great passion for yoga, which is reflected in my teaching style. My classes feature high-energy, mindful
sequences that encompass my yogic mantra: Peace, Patience, Joy & Love.
