Even as a kid, I’ve always felt a quiet inner calling to serve, even before I understood what that might look like. My professional journey began in IT, where I dedicated eight years not out of passion, but because I believed it was all I was capable of. While I was grateful for the stability it offered, there was always an inner pull toward something more meaningful.
Everything shifted when I moved from India to the US in 2021. The culture shock hit hard. My confidence took a blow, and the introvert in me retreated even deeper into myself. What I didn’t realize then was that this space was part of a bigger plan, the divine guiding me to reconnect with myself.
Things began to change in July 2023, when I walked into Gaia Flow Yoga. My initial intention was simple: to move my body and step out of my comfort zone. That first step became my butterfly effect, the modest beginning that sparked profound transformation. What started as a physical practice soon rippled into every aspect of my being: mental, emotional, and deeply spiritual.
By November 2024, I had become a certified yoga teacher. Teaching has brought me a kind of peace I didn’t know existed. It’s a way to serve, to connect, and to offer what I’ve learned to others. For me, yoga is a path back to who we truly are beneath it all. This journey invites us to shed illusions and face the parts of ourselves we often fear. I’m here to remind you that no matter what, you are deeply loved.
When our paths cross, I welcome you into a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your breath, your body, and your true self. Leaving even the smallest imprint that helps you come home to yourself is how I know my heart’s calling is fulfilled. Should you feel this resonance, I look forward to walking this path together in practice and presence.
“Love everyone, serve everyone, remember God, and tell the truth.”
