My yoga journey started as a means of exercise. At the beginning it was all about the poses, I was looking for a workout and it turned out to be so much more than that. Finding a yoga studio that suits you is like finding a life partner. You may be one of the lucky ones who found it the first time around, but for me it took several different tries before I found my studio, Gaia Flow Yoga, the one that feels
like home. It is truly amazing how it makes such a difference in my practice and how much improvement I see within myself, as one whole aspect of mind, body, and spirit. Yoga teaches me to be disciplined, content, loving, compassionate, and to always be present.

I never envisioned myself to be a yoga instructor; I had so much to learn and so much to work on myself.  I realize now it doesn’t matter where I’m at, there is always something new to learn and I will continuously improve myself and grow in my practice. I am truly grateful for each and every class that I get to teach and sharing my knowledge to my students is such an honor & joy. I look forward to my journey both as a student and a teacher. I hope to see you soon on the mat!
