I tried yoga on a whim and left my first Gentle Waves class feeling lighter and blissful. It was enough to hook me into going back the next day…and the day after that! Yoga has given me more than a physical workout. I have found mental and spiritual strength on and off the mat. I became an instructor in order to share this love, and to help others form a mind, body, and soul connection. Yoga gives me a sense of control while teaching me to surrender, power while showing me to be graceful, and concentration while reminding me to have fun. See you on the mat!
