My journey with Yoga began as a college student seeking an easy-credit-class. As faith had it, my university offered Yoga as an elective course, which promised me 3 “easy” credits, relaxation to combat student-life, and a trim and flexible body. I was in!

For many years, I practiced Yoga here and there, sometimes consistently, and at times sporadic. About seven years ago, life brought me back to the practice more devoted and my passion for the “Yoj” continued to grow. So much so, that I turned it into a full-time teaching career.
I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with focus on functional yoga and spiritual connection.

Additionally, I am Bernie Clark Yin certified and Pilates, HIIT, Barre trained. My continuing education centers around anatomy, well-balanced yoga sequencing, pre and postnatal modifications, and yoga therapy in the future.
My hobbies are cooking, dancing, traveling, bike riding, and essential oil aromatherapy.

I am happy to be part of the Gaia Flow family. Let’s continue building our beautiful yoga community one breath at a time.
It is always a pleasure and delight to be your guide
