CRYSTAL GARRETT

Crystal is a Dallas born native, raised in Forney, Texas. She is a passion driven Yoga instructor who began her personal practice at home, hoping to focus on meditation and later joined the Gaia Flow Yoga studio family in 2017.

A student of the GFY leaders, Crystal acquired her ERYT200|RYT500 certifications by 2020.

Crystal especially enjoys guiding new and seasoned yoga practitioners with gentle instruction focused on pranayama and intentional movement.
