Although I have a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University & have been involved in the corporate world for many years, yoga is my passion and true calling.
Twelve years ago, I began practicing yoga to calm my mind and reduce my stress level, and I then realized that it would be a way of life for me, but quickly realized that yoga is balanced way of life that empowers and heals both on and off the mat.
I am living proof that yoga challenges your body, calms your mind and balances your emotions (and ultimately your life!)
My health, my optimism and my stability is definitely due to the teachings that I have learned throughout my yoga practice.
I am thankful to be part of such a wonderful group of yogis at GFY. Having completed the GFY Teacher Training, I look forward to sharing the wonderful journey of growth, challenge, love and acceptance with others.
