My first yoga class was in 2007 at Gaia Flow Yoga, I remember being surprised at the challenge it was for my body and for my mind, and I fell in love with it!  I drifted to other exercise programs over the years but yoga was always in my heart, so I kept coming back to my mat and to my practice.  The most powerful aspect for me is the connection of mind and spirit to the yogapostures, or asanas.  When I practice yoga at Gaia Flow I feel more at peace, more in sync with life and just really good overall!

I love incorporating mindfulness and presence into the practice, to use the breath to guide the body and to find stillness in the midst of difficult postures.  I am excited to share my love of yoga with my students and help them to strengthen their bodies, their minds and connect to their innermost wisdom, finding balance flexibility and openness.
