My yoga journey began as a teenager, when I was just looking for another activity to keep me entertained. I immediately fell in love, but I was also involved in competitive athletics through college, which kept me from a regular practice. When I came back to yoga, I was reminded of how much I found joy in each moment of a class, as well as the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits that came afterwards.
The opportunity to train with Chrystal and Andreas materialized in my life in a moment where it just made sense, and I am grateful the universe guided me towards teaching. With a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish, and an M.A. in Human Resources, I have always been interested in the human condition, both individually and on a collective level. I believe yoga has the power to change individual lives and the world. I teach because I want to share the power of yoga with others.
