Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and props (blocks, straps, etc.)  Mats, blocks, and towels are available for purchase

All classes are conducted in a heated room (92-95 degrees) / dress accordingly.

All classes are open to all levels, however we highly recommend new yogis to begin with the starred* classes (Gentle Waves, Desert, and Still Water) for your own comfort and safety.
